Refund Policies

Refund Policy – APEX EDUCATIONAL SHIKSHAN SEVA SANSTHAN

1. Admission & Registration Fees

  • Admission/registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.


2. Course Fees

  • Once course fees are paid, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

    • Student withdrawal due to personal reasons.

    • Discontinuation of classes by the student.

    • Lack of attendance or misconduct.


3. Special Cases for Partial Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Course cancellation by the institute.

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • Medical emergencies (valid documents must be submitted).

Note: The decision of the management will be final and binding in such cases.


4. Refund Process

  • Any approved refund will be processed within 15–30 working days through the same payment method used.

  • Students must submit a written refund request with valid proof to the administration office.


5. Online Payments

  • The institute is not responsible for any technical issues, transaction failures, or delays caused by the payment gateway or bank.

  • Convenience/processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Course Transfer & Adjustments

 

  • Instead of a refund, students may request to adjust fees towards another course offered by the institute (subject to approval).
